Manufacturing Is Almost Complete!

Dear friends,
Praise the Lord! The long wait is almost over.
After many months of planning, designing, testing, and manufacturing, we are excited to share that production of the Doxa Games launch collection is almost complete.
If everything continues according to schedule, all bundles will leave our manufacturer by the end of next week—no later than August 17th—and will be shipped via air freight to you as quickly as possible.
Soon, Bible Clash, Trials & Triumphs, and Hurry! Fleeing Disciples will finally be in your hands!
We would greatly appreciate your continued prayers—that production will finish smoothly, the shipment will arrive safely, customs clearance will go without delays, and the games will quickly make their way into your homes, churches, and ministries.
One final BackerKit reminder: We still have a small number of backers whose BackerKit emails bounced or who have not responded despite several attempts to contact them (both in the U.S. and internationally).
If you have not yet completed your BackerKit survey, please email us at [email protected]. We will gladly work with you to make sure we receive your shipping information and get your games to you as soon as they arrive at our U.S. warehouse.

Manufacturing Has Officially Begun!

Dear friends,
We are excited to share that manufacturing of Bible Clash, Trials & Triumphs, and Hurry! Fleeing Disciples officially began late last week!
This is a major milestone for Doxa Games and an answer to many prayers. What started as a simple vision to bring Scripture to life through play is now becoming a reality.
The manufacturing process, including final production checks and quality control, is expected to take approximately six to seven weeks. After that, fulfillment and shipping will begin. Delivery timelines will vary depending on destination and local shipping conditions, but we are currently on schedule and anticipating shipments to begin around mid-August.
We would also like to send one more reminder to the few backers who have not yet completed their BackerKit pledge manager survey. If you have not submitted your shipping information, please do so as soon as possible. We have sent several reminder emails, so please check your:

- Junk / Spam folder
- Promotions folder (Gmail)

Production Update & BackerKit Reminder

We have some exciting news to share!
Next week, the final production files for Bible Clash, Trials & Triumphs, and Hurry! Fleeing Disciples will be completed and submitted to our manufacturer for mass production. This is a major milestone and a significant step toward getting these games into your hands.
If production and fulfillment continue according to schedule, we currently anticipate shipping games to backers around mid-August. We will continue to provide updates as production progresses and will communicate any changes along the way.
We would greatly appreciate your prayers in the coming weeks—that the final review process, production, shipping, and fulfillment would go smoothly and that the Lord would continue to guide each step of the journey.
We also have one important reminder:

Good news! The BackerKit pledge manager has now been approved.
We have already sent the first test pledge manager emails to ensure everything is working correctly before sending them to all backers.
If you are part of the test group, please check your inbox—and also your junk/spam folder just in case—and let us know if everything is working as expected.
Once testing is complete, all backers will receive the pledge manager email to confirm rewards, shipping information, add-ons, and final details (most likely tomorrow).
