Production Update & BackerKit Reminder

Dear friends,
We have some exciting news to share!
Next week, the final production files for Bible Clash, Trials & Triumphs, and Hurry! Fleeing Disciples will be completed and submitted to our manufacturer for mass production. This is a major milestone and a significant step toward getting these games into your hands.
If production and fulfillment continue according to schedule, we currently anticipate shipping games to backers around mid-August. We will continue to provide updates as production progresses and will communicate any changes along the way.
We would greatly appreciate your prayers in the coming weeks—that the final review process, production, shipping, and fulfillment would go smoothly and that the Lord would continue to guide each step of the journey.
We also have one important reminder:
Approximately 20 backers have not yet completed their BackerKit pledge manager survey. We have sent several reminder emails but have not yet received responses.
If you have not completed your survey, please check your:
- Inbox
- Junk / Spam folder
- Promotions folder (Gmail)
Completing your pledge manager is essential so we can confirm your rewards, shipping information, and fulfillment details.

- Finalize shipping and fulfillment details

Good news! The BackerKit pledge manager has now been approved.
We have already sent the first test pledge manager emails to ensure everything is working correctly before sending them to all backers.
If you are part of the test group, please check your inbox—and also your junk/spam folder just in case—and let us know if everything is working as expected.
Once testing is complete, all backers will receive the pledge manager email to confirm rewards, shipping information, add-ons, and final details (most likely tomorrow).

Unfortunately, BackerKit was not able to complete the review and approval process before the weekend, so the pledge manager will most likely be sent out on Monday or Tuesday instead.

For those unfamiliar with it, BackerKit is the system we will use to finalize all backer information and prepare fulfillment. Through the pledge manager, you will be able to:
- Confirm your shipping address
- Review your selected rewards
- Pay for shipping
- Add additional games or add-ons if desired
Our team is currently finalizing shipping costs, logistics, and fulfillment details to make this process as smooth as possible.
Once the pledge manager email is sent, we encourage you to complete it in a timely manner so we can move forward with production and planning.
